The following are the typical steps followed in the execution of a project starting from when you contact us.

Fill out the and submit the form above. One of our team members will look through your information and get on a call with you to answer your questions and collect crucial information about your project and project needs.

We take the information gathered and provide you with a clear and transparent quote that has different budget options as well as visual references. You should have this within 24-48 hours of us getting project details from you.

Here we begin the detailed work of preparing the project. Most of it will be work that done on our side. It includes location visits, crew, equipment and shot preparation etc.* Depending on the requirements of your project your involvement may be organising your staff, if it’s your people participating, script if you’re providing one and location prep if we are working on your premises.

Once all the preparation is signed off on, we will arrive on location with the crew on the predetermined shoot day to capture the footage for the project.

With everything captured the process to meld everything into a highly effective communication tool begins, where we edit, apply colour correction and grading, put labels, add music etc. We’ll provide you with a version and apply changes if they’re necessary.

With final changes applied we deliver the final product to you and your team electronically.
