Once your booking is confirmed, we will have a 30 minute briefing call with you to align on your objectives:

  • What are you looking to communicate with your images? What are you looking to showcase about your milestone gathering?
  • What is the programme and what are the key happenings that have to be captured?
  • Who are the people attending and who are the VIPs that’ll require additional strategic coverage to maximise on their attendance?

On the day we capture the event in accordance with the set out objectives, taking photos as professionally and as inconspicuously, to have as little footprint as possible on the event, while documenting the happenings meticulously.

Thereafter your edited HD images are delivered digitally in accordance with your chosen package. Contact us today to book to book your event date.

2. When can you expect your photos, what is the delivery timeline?

Standard delivery on all packages is 3 working days after the event. Should you need your photos earlier we offer expedited delivery as part of our “optional additional add-ons”. You can choose same day delivery, starting from R2000, or next day delivery starting from R1000, depending on the volume of images that come with your chosen package. Let us know the delivery timeline works best for your needs and we’ll customise a solution that delivers the best value for you and your organisation.

3. How are your images delivered?

Your edited HD visual assets are delivered to you digitally via online platforms like Google Drive, WeTransfer, Smash, etc.

4. Do we offer video coverage of your corporate event?

Yes, we absolutely offer video coverage of your event. We offer a bundled solution of video and photography based on the length and required deliverables of your corporate event.
